Just make sure it fits the case. I've had people try to cram older high watt psu into cases that very much don't work. Not a big problem nowadays because they can be so much smaller.

@frozen junco Last thing I can think of is a full restart where you have only a display cable plugged into a single monitor. Turn everything off, then turn on the monitor, then your pc and hope that it resolves its internal settings on its own. Best if luck to you!

That behaviour is as determined by AMD and completely safe and expected. The GPU will raise voltage and clock speed until it hits 110C so the user is able to have the maximum performance avaiable.
