Alright, I was following Jay’s “what to do after building a PC” and everything went perfectly right until the very end where he showed how to enable XMP to have advertised ram speed. After I saved and quit, my screen went black and my mobo has a RAM led lit. How do I revert that 😱

Use the CMOS jumper OR unplug from the wall and remove the button cell battery for 3-5 minutes. Reinstall batter, plug PSU back in and boot

What size you going for? I just built my first comp with a Phanteks P500A and there’s a ton of space inside for larger boards / coolers. Only downside is it has sliding doors that hide the cables rather than rubber grommets

Gonna depend on the game to be sure but 1080p will tend to be lower GPU use and higher CPU use if you want 200+ fps. Results I'm seeing for the 8700k put CS:GO at 200 FPS. 🤷

Only benchmarks I'm seeing at 200+ FPS are with a 9900K and 4000+ mhz ram
