I got a brand new amd ryzen 7 3700x and upgraded it from my amd ryzen 5 2400g and i installed it onto my tomahawk B450 motherboard and when i booted it up it was working and pulled up windows on only one monitor then went to like a lit up black screen and whenever i start it it goes back to the lit up black screen or a windows troubleshoot screen which does nothing. I tried to replace ram in different slots with different amounts, i tried to take out my motherboard battery, and i tried to put in my old cpu and i had the same issue where it starts up for like 15-20 seconds and i can see my desktop with all my files then goes to a lit up black screen
