My mobo's Q-LED is indicating it's a DRAM problem, and I've tried everything I know so far, but it doesn't seem to work. Should I spend extra money to buy new RAM sticks and try that...?

so i was looking around the internet for computer building companies and came accross one called magicmicro so i built something in their custom computer thing and it came out around 2100 but recently i saw the newegg computer builder part list and thought of building the same computer in that i had to switch a few parts out because the newegg one didnt have a few of the ones that were on the magic micro one so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and chose the most expensive of the parts that had the same specs as the ones on mm and it still came back $300 more expensive on mm even with the few hundred in parts i switched out so i guess ill just build it myself since labor cost so much
