Thing is, I'll be using it in a dirt-old case with a 10yr old brand new GPU, running SATA if I'm lucky.
I'm keeping 400$ for the GPU when it comes out, and I'll buy the other components as I earn the money.

5500xt is a good starter for 1080p gaming, while 5700xt is better for mid range 1440p if i remember correctly. But if you have money to blow, then get a 2070 super or a 2080 ti
