a few things to remember if you use a cpu that only supports pci-e 3.0 don't bother with b550 or x570 you only need up to b450, but if you buy a cpu that supports pci-e 4.0 get b550 or x570, why waste money if things are disabled, and also b450 and b550 boards are almost the same price so why not spend $8 more to get something current for the next 5 years or longer and just buy the cpu that goes with it

idk about you guys but my system on idle or even watching videos and using it nothing heavy, about 84 to 94 watts of power at like 60Hz display if I turn on 240Hz it brings it up to like 110 watts, and when playing games maxed out settings either on the 4k tv at 60Hz or the gaming monitor I have at 240Hz it goes up to about 150watts if that, but that's my combination of parts and settings so on

so even if I would of wanted to go with a 450watt psu I would of been good

but I still got the 850 just cuz I wanted it lols

I see there are 3 cpu options so in the point of view for chrome books idk cuz in my world celeron is crap, why do they still even make pentiums, and that amd cpu no clue I only entered amd world this past year, always had intel before but intel has been a little mental for sometime and decided to give it a try for amd ryzen
