Okay so I’m deleting some storage bc my games are freezing due to my local drive being at 100% no matter what I do. I have a INLAND 2TB platinum AND a Seagate Barracuda 2TB. Get a empty usb drive, with at least 8gb capacity (it will need to be empty since all data will be wiped from it for the installer)
Then download the windows iso from Microsoft, and use Rufus or ventoy to make the Windows installer usb

After the installation media is made, plug the usb into the PC you want to install windows on, boot to the usb, and the Windows installer menu should appear (ventoy may ask you to select an ISO)
