Check around your motherboard for an argb or drgb header. Your motherboard may not have one if it's too old.

If your fan hub is already plugged into SATA power, the argb on the fans plugged into the fan hub may already be powered, you just won't be able to control them.

Recently I installed some new ram into my acer nitro 5, and it worked perfectly.
I ran benchmarks, stress tests, full system tests, everything was fine.
But as I was doing something else and left the laptop idle, some graphical glitches appeared on screen and the laptop became unresponsive,
So I restarted it and now it's a permanent black screen, although the laptop appears to be running.

What you can do instead is make sure you're signed into your microsoft account, install windows on the new pc, skip the license key, sign in on the new pc, and then run the activation troubleshooter. You'd select the "I recently changed hardware" option, and then it lists keys associated with your MS account for you to transfer to the new hardware.

If you went the cloning route, depending on the new and old hardware worst case you'll fail to boot or get blue screens and best case you get reduced performance or weird bugs.

Non-modular will be a turnoff for a lot of people but for extreme budgets I'd consider it B tier-ish

Negatives would be acceptable for most average users, especially ones in north america where 230V issues don't exist

Also the model they tested was a pre-production unit and supposedly the retail models have a better fan and capacitors, which fixes the noise and hold up time issues
