You can run rmx850 and rmx750 a good 150-ish watts above spec before they trip

And given their internal design you honestly could leave them above spec they're so overkill

It does work, although you might need to use flashback, but you can do better on some parts, like a better cooler for the same price and a better PSU for a little more

And on the ram, you can get a 2x16gb 3200c16 kit for around 50$ too

It's generally more helpful to use pcpartpicker for more selections of parts from more sources, unless you're forced to only use Newegg
