What you can do to get into windows without a keyboard is use the on screen keyboard

I’ve heard it from JayzTwoCents that running Windows and loading files on a single hard drive is what really causes the slowness

It's like Windows is trying to run so many processes all at once on a single drive, and then you try to load Chrome, which then another process has to load

SSDs do this almost instantly compared to HDDs

vr headset: good/pretty great for everything, if you have a high resolution vr headset with minimal glare; may cause discomfort over long periods of time (sweaty face, tired neck, etc.). big screen beyond is probably the best for this currently, for it's small size and very light weight; but will cost 1.1k at the lowest (the hmd + 1 basestation 1.0, but you probably would want to play games with it so you probably will spend more like $2k for the hmd, 2x basestation 2.0, and controllers

Well you could sell your 5900X for $260 or so, and a new 5800X3D is $291 on Newegg right now. You'd get about up to about 20% better gaming performance, depending on the game. The trade off is you get 4 fewer cores and they don't clock as high, so it's not as good for actual work.
Alternatively you could get a 5700X3D, it's $247 and has further reduced clock speeds, but that doesn't make a huge difference.

You don't usually do an all core overclock on zen 3. You do PBO instead, which modifies the boost behavior. You can set it so it boosts to 4.8GHz. That's the way to get the most of your gaming performance.

This being said, a quick search says twitch is experimenting with AV1 encoded 4k streams

Might only be for Nvidia 40 series cards
