bose qc ultra is apparently the best according to rtings
Hyperx cloud ii, don't recommend unless you're on a tight budget and it's on sale
Yes I've heard great things about those
I have the same pair of headphones
but
the design is quite old
There are definitely better options new
Indeed. As a general recommendation if you have no idea what you're looking for, those Bose ones are excellent.
If i was going to go off ratings for audio this is defeiently the best place I just want something that last for couple of years literally past years broke 3 headsets
i like it but it's not amazing
the headband is already peeling off, the leather
well "leather"
I haven't broken any of my headsets yet
dood
Maybe it's a fit issue?
i have the worst luck
My kids broke a few, my current ones they ripped the filters off
like these headphones i got right now on is steelseires and the mic broke the second week in
pretty sure it just shorted
It broke from how you put the microphone in I dont really remeber if it was 2 weeks or maybe a month but wasnt long after I bought it broke
yikes
I was useing a haptic corsair headset for past 8 months and the mic just broke on me like a month ago so I bought a microphone since the headset still worked then now the headset broke the joint between where it extends at just snapped off
yikes
ironically the only headset that have that hasnt broke on me is my beats studios2 (I have had since like 2018 or something) i would use those but where im on my computer alot its really tight on my and little uncomfortable for long periods of times
I've heard nothing but good things, except the price tag. https://www.bose.com/p/headphones/bose-quietcomfort-ultra-headphones/QCUH-HEADPHONEARN.html
QuietComfort Ultra Headphones work as spatial audio headphones, audiophile headphones, and noise cancelling headphones with a mic. Free 2-Day Shipping!
probably better construction quality
I can't say for all gaming headphones but
generally the construction quality on gaming headsets are kinda mid
Anything marketed as "Gaming" really
yea that price tags is really rough honeslty rather buy a Sennheiser for that much
are xm4s any good?
they are one of the more popular wireless headphones
but the price is rather steep
eh
sounds apparently bad
bass is annoying
for some reason for anything except iems they just crank up the bass
which is fine if you're a bass enjoyer
yea apprarntly sony buds are really good
and also depends on the genre of music you listen to
I usually stay away from wireless buds tbh
IEMs dominate that space in terms of audio quality and value
Sony buds in particular have exploding problems
to be honest like my jbl buds you can mess around with bass and what not with their app
meant samsung not sony
Like spicy pillow lithium fire because bad firmware set the wrong charge voltage
you could probaly do the same with any buds if you got EQ
note 7 flashbacks
Set your system agent voltage to 1.1v
It usually defaults to 1v which is too low for higher speeds without compromising other things
Doubtful
6000 should be easy
even if it doesn't support it on paper
it should still work
6000 shouldn't be that high even for ddr5 right?
Yeah don't worry about the paper spec
It's like a zen 1 cpu only officially supporting up to 2933MHz ram
6000 is the "I don't want to try too hard" frequency
but anything above still works
I'd call that a bad example because there's plenty of 1700X chips that won't run 3200, FCLK was force synced and it was down to luck
ah, i see
Nothing else shows up below when you select override? Or maybe the word "offset" goes away?
Ah it changed to voltage override
That one, 1.1v
No you don't need to manually set any frequency or timing
Occasionally you might need slightly more voltage on the memory itself
SA to 1.15v and try again
It's safe up to about 1.25v or so but it shouldn't need that much for only 6000
If it still fails set dram vddq to 1.37v
(I'm pretty sure that was the correct one, there's like 20 different ones)
Leave it
Set xmp on first so it doesn't override the setting but yes
Yep
One last thing to try, set tCL to 34. If it still refuses to run then you probably have bad memory.
You can use the jedec (non xmp) profile while you wait for the replacement memory
sounds like a bios problem
I'm not too familiar with DDR5 so I'll let fal help you
sorry
Could also enable xmp then simply adjust speed down to 5800 or 5600. The 4800 & it's timings isn't great
I tried booting up my build today, and while everything powered on just fine, I wasn’t getting anything to display on the TV I was using to check the boot (monitors aren’t here yet, so TV is what I’ve got to deal with). My MoBo (ASUS ROG Strix Z790-A) had a green light on the BOOT LED and a white light on the VGA LED, the DRAM and GPU LED’s were off.
Could this just be because the TV isn’t up to par? Or is there something else going on here? (New builder, so still learning about all this as I go along)
maybe using the wrong port on the back of the computer?
Nah, I plugged it into my GPU
okay
I've had issues with a tv but it was really old and I might've plugged it into the motherboard lol
The TV is a new-ish Hisense brand TV that I’ve had for about two years now, and my GPU is a 4070 Ti. Maybe it’s just too much and I need to hold off til my monitors get here?
Although, I will say that my cheap laptop worked just fine when I hooked it up to the TV
I’ve seen a lot of posts talking about those two debug lights being lit and having no display, but it seems like all the solutions for it are drastically different
BOOT means no bootable device
aka no os installed
Ah gotcha, so would I need to power it on with a USB containing Windows on it?
I’ll try, but shouldn’t the computer at least display something on the screen even without a USB containing Windows plugged in? Or is that a no?
I would assume so
sometimes it's like that
some boards are picky
but normally it should get into bios, so this is one of those unusual cases
try to check if your gpu is correctly installed and wired up
pc part picker says
Note: A USB 3.2 Gen 2 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 header adapter is required. do I need to do something about this
I might have possibly found out the issue lol
🎉
So, on the Pcie cables, you need to insert the 2 pin connector BEFORE the six pin 😂 if you don’t, the two pin will just slip out
The six pin part has a little notch on it that holds the two pin in place
I noticed both my two pins were ever so slightly out of place. I’m gonna try and reboot and see how she goes
I think there's a thing on the connector that keeps it in
Yeah, there is, like an L-shaped plastic ledge
there's no fault with that
^
If you want to use the front USB C port you'll need an adapter, but otherwise it's fine
how much would that be
Not much, $15 last I checked
If you want that port it's worth putting that extra bit into a motherboard that has the header already
ion really know if I need it
Most people don't, it's useful for VR
I got like an extra usb hub
the power and everything else works right
Yeah just not the front C port. Everything else would work.
It's required for certain things like USB PD but generally the A to C cables work fine
is this really weird?
My Apex has no thunderbolt
but my crosshair does
2 ports in fact
there's a thunderbolt header on my apex but not a native C port
only 3.2 gen 2x2
omg I'm so dumb
I thought this board has no displayout
no it's the usb-c
oml
I have rediscovered new love for crosshair
zamn
Lol ya C to DP
damn I could have igpu goin here
one of those times usb-c is a great idea
Yeah finally a use for C to C that isn't just a phone, since the monitor can take it
My Pixel 6 only came with a C to C cable, no charger. I use my old LG charger, it does 9V 1.8A
I think my phone came with the c to c as well
s20 5g
but I still had cables and chargers so eh
just meant I had a cable for phone to phone transfer if I wanted to
my phones have been c to c for years
tbh I forget if I even did that or not
no
That's exactly what I used it for and never touched it again
just stopped packaging the charging brick and earbuds
if I haven't used the c to c for phone to phone transfer then I haven't used it for anything
so that cable specifically would be useless
ah
to me in this case
The cable I got was about a foot too short to be useful, otherwise I'd leave it on the back of my PC to charge my phone.
ig mine's a 3ft
It's not also the cable?
PRETTY SURE YOU STILL GET A CABLE
whoops capslock

I buy ipad chargers because they're good and cheap
Heyy just wanna say thank for yall advices
👍
I posted on build pics final product
ooo nice build
Thanks
I asked advice on this tab a day ago or two, i just followed the pcpartpicker list they provided 1300$ build
Deepcool Ak500 was on sale for 40$
It looked nice
Sick looking cooler
yup ak500/620 digital goes hard too
Check out the phantom spirit evo, it's in #tech-deals
It looks so good
nice cooler but imo digital >
If you want the temp display I can understand that
Ps evo in a blackout build tho
Would go so hard
Yeah its phantom spirit with premium fans and a much nicer look
hides AK620 from creamer
Morning! I have a quick question
I bought a pack of Corsair vengeance dimms and it says on the package Xmp ready. I’m running an amd platform and I want to enable expo. Should I exchange my pack or am I in the clear to enable expo on these sticks?
It's fine
Though there are much better choices than vengeance for ram
Please enlighten me
Corsair for ddr4 would mix ram dies, which causes it to not be able to use xmp (not in every kit, but enough to where it was a notable issue). With their ddr5, they lock a voltage I forget the name of, that limits it much more than most other brands
What cpu
It’s hot
Sounds like you need to put it in the shower to cool off
And doing what
Ryzen 5 7600
If that's gaming/under load, that's normal
Felix has a 7000 series cpu in a custom loop and it still reaches high 70s if I remember right
7000 series just has a really thick ihs
Alright
You could upgrade cooler if you wanted, but realistically it won't help beyond 5-10 degrees or so, and it won't help performance
@mossy venture mind making me a entry level build? Just something simple. $1k.
Something you can plug in and go.
Sure, is wifi needed, do you care about aesthetics, do you need monitor, what's it being used for
And which would you rather have
A strong gpu but a dead platform for cpu, or a weaker (still capable) gpu but stronger cpu and possibility to upgrade
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600, Radeon RX 6700 XT, Phanteks Eclipse G300A (1 Fan) ATX Mid Tower
Part List - Intel Core i5-12400F, Radeon RX 7800 XT, Phanteks Eclipse G300A (1 Fan) ATX Mid Tower
a620 might as well be a dead platform too; at least go b650 for a 1k$ build
wot
vrms won’t hold up well with upgrades and features won’t hold up to time
that a620 is a b650 in a620 clothing
the vrm's run a 7950x without anywhere near overheating
lemme recheck specs 1 sec
it's 8+2+1 iirc
For why
I mean if really wanted $5 more is b650 pro rs no wifi
oh right the only problem with that board is it’s only $5 less than the b650m version which has significantly better features
only 1 pcie slot is big yikes on an matx board
i use it for a nic
💀
yeah but no 10gbe
if it's colder
then idk
ima try to repaste it tmr if that doesn't work
wait I'm reipping
reipping?
tripping
?
what I think is happening to your system
when you swapped the new gpu in, the cpu was no longer held back and started working harder
so now that it can work untapped, it's running up to 100%, and exceeding Tcase (throttle).
wait ur not wrong actually
so what can I do expect for like
sell he buy topre 😴
jk hall effect is ballin
HE is bae
not quite as based as topre but we ball
I love the HE
just bought another topre board, r2 pfu limited edition (silent) for $115
got a friend with one too, he got me onto that one
as I said before, the debloat tool might help, but buying a cooler first might fix your problems the quickest
you just need to make sure it has LGA1151 compatibility
could save you the trouble of upgrading anything else if you get your temps down

I am upgrading anyway s
I'm selling my ps4 first that will secure me my psu
I'm gon try thermal paste
ye ik but I keep encouraging it cos you might see the benefit in just spending the 20-30 odd dollars instead of a whole system change
my cpu old Ashl
anyways
wait
if I buy thay cooler
would it work
with my current cpu
I would consider a cheaper cooler
idk not without checking if it has lga1151 mounting
no bcs I want to re use it on the build once I get the parts all together
ye but then you picked an ABN psu
which is, really mid tbh
it'll run the pc fine but you know, if you want something that is a good carryover, I'd opt psu
cos ABN I wouldn't recommend for much more than maybe, 12400, 6600XT
but the DRP4 is overkill
fr?
the money you plan to spend on the cooler could instead be better provisioned to the psu so even the psu would have no troubles being reused
yes
drp4 is extremely overkill
I may or may not have been
when I said that I'm planning to upgrade to a 13th gen i7
later
bcs I want to build 2 systems
you could run on a basic cooler, something like an R9 7900 or R7 7800X3D
and I'll re use spare parts gradually
what cooler would u suggest
one sec
what cpu
psu*
okej ty
PSU I would need to see what's there
here if ubwant to look

Ftohes DEEPCOOL AG400 ne shitje. Bli online me super oferta dhe cmime. Prano porosine kudo ne Shqiperi - Gjirafa50.al
too much
if you go with the cpu cooler I put above it won't be
But they're all the same ballpark of quality
leme c
but you can then use both the cooler and a good psu in a much better build later
ABN I wouldn't carry over
I mean, why not just use stock cooler for now?
they can
j think this will do the job
in the future
if looking to carry something over to an i7 build, the ABN PSU definitely won't do it
form a 12th gen i5?
It won't do the job for a 13600k
for
it won't, but it will for 7900
or 7800x3d
hmmm
Yeah pricing is wack there
omg only two amd choices
well in that case I'd just use the 12400 stock cooler and wait until you have the i7
you may not even end up with the i7, life holds all sorts of surprises, better to wait until it's happening first
a good psu will last you a long time though, if you want to consider anything with some degree of future proofing, it's the psu
so leme look at the best option
I'd go for 750w
personally
is the asus one good
mayb
atx12vo 👀
the last psu too much
750w can definitely handle 13700K + 4090 as long as you're just gaming and not running OCCT power or similar
like 4070ti
sure, we do like to overestimate a lil tho
but if you can afford a 4090 you can probably afford an 850w
the tuf bronze personally speaking is quite nice
prices are horrible
not modular but frankly you can just use the straps in the box to tie it all up really snug
bro the other day my friend was talking about upgrading to a 4070
and it's a quiet unit
then yesterday he sends me a pic of his new 4090 white strix 💀
didn't know bro had money like that
it's ok
I have no idea how to route psu
not even a good 4090 either
cables
he said it was the only one he found in stock
but rn
what do you think what should I buy
a cheap cooler
or like go for the paste
First
bcs my i7 is dying
like this
objectively?
what I'd do
either wait for the new cpu and the rest
or
buy paste and the AG400
try that first
if it works, wait longer to upgrade
does the AG400 not come with paste
doesn't hurt to have some extra paste for a little snack while building
lmao
o I was thinking bout this too
should I ground myself
when I build the new pc
really not needed
I don't have the cable thingys
it's enough to just go touch a doorknob before you start
if you touch your case at all you've grounded yourself
which is absolute certain to happen
you will anyway
yeah
just to work on it
but what if I don't have a case smh
you'll move it and you'll already be grounded lol
caseless gang
pc hanging from the wall
true
ok but I'm scared
that these
will get sold out
💀
bcs ok if I go paste
paste doesn't fix the temps
i go for the cheap cooler
you'll know tho
you'll know if it works, and that can potentially save you from the entire upgrade ordeal, and let you last a bit longer before needing another upgrade
I'm afraid the cooler gon b bad
AG400 is solid
word
6700
yes
if it worries you then go drp4
but I'd leapfrog the 12400 if you do that
go straight to the i7
there's zero reason to hold onto a drp4 for several years for a cpu that you may or may not get
if it does it'll be good cos a cpu limit doesn't really hold a pc back
true
I can't play I swear it'd unusable
100%
all the time
it doesn't do nun
I've watched a lot of 6700 benchmarks since you came here, they do use a lot of cpu
but even in the 90%'s it's still pretty consistent
it reached 81 max but forgor to sc
so I keep thinking it's temps
no
that's what I'm saying
like I'd get
frame drips
dips
here and there
but beo
every time I move its noticeable
just make the choice with your future plans thought through
hopefully it fixes everythif
also
since I played a lil today and ran a few tests
will that damage my cpu
or maybe is it damaged already
unlikely
oh wow ok

does this mean it will for sure be back in stock eventually
sure
The motherboard I have is a MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4 Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard and I have an Intel Core i5-12500 3 GHz 6-Core Processor, with a MSI GAMING Z TRIO GeForce RTX 3080 12GB LHR 12 GB Video Card. Everyone I show my pc to says my cpu is bottlenecking my whole pc’s preformance. Someone help me 😢
I have 2x 27” 1080p 60hz monitors btw
Not bottlenecking
Technically everything bottlenecks to a certain degree, but that shouldn't be doing much to harm performance
Pull up task manager or msi afterburner overlay and see the percentage of GPU vs CPU usage
'bottleneck' highly depends on your usecase
In the case of gaming, it's typically better to focus your build around maximizing gpu performance
while yes your cpu could hold back your gpu in newer games, it is often cheaper and easier to upgrade a cpu than a gpu
If you only have 1080p then any CPU would bottleneck a 3080. But since you only have 60hz you won't get any benefit from going much above 60 fps anyway.
A bottleneck isn't a bad thing btw, every system has one. Even the highest end systems can have an in game engine bottleneck or a driver bottleneck.
it's not really a problem unless you're min-maxing
which, an i5-12500 is nowhere near min-maxing
I'd say a 12100f is min maxing
but even then, it depends on the use case
if it's esports titles like csgo where single thread performance matters more than multi thread then it'd perform just as well
not bottlenecking
this is bottlenecking
I mean could it really be called a bottleneck tho?
that pc should be wayyyy above 60 fps
so probably why i don't notice
true
a 3080 can definitely pull frames into the 100s
especially at 1080p
3080 12gb should be perfectly competent at a 1440p 144fps experience
when 3080's came out they were pushing towards 240fps
I'm one of the weirdos that prioritize visuals over refresh rate
and I mean that at reasonable settings ofc
mostly because of the genre of games i play really
Like I'd sorta put a 3080 2 years ago where I put a 7900XT now, somewhat
if that makes sense
damn
Even in single player titles you can feel the difference going from 60 to even 90hz
the 3080's a lot better than i expected it to be
I play paradox games sadly
3080 is still a great card
The only times where I notice the frame dips is when it drops below 30
Ok so late game saves you're pushing like 12 fps
doesn't help that they're mostly single thread
Yeah I don't see any real reason not to multi thread the AI turns
there's literally no cpu on the planet that can run a paradox late game save smoothly
because of how the they utilize the cpu
time for that ultimate buzz word
"uunoptimised"
hooo it's 2024 and we're still talking about it
to be fair most of the current paradox games were released back when intel quad cores dominated the market
I know, they want to process the logic sequentially, but at what cost
does CS2 use multi thread?
The problem is they keep reusing the same engine even in the newer ones
yeah victoria 3 runs like crap
still using the clausewitz engine for some reason
that engine is decades old
like at this point it's actually holding the games back
with so much content added to their titles they LAG like hell
even in early game if you got an older pc
Using a new engine would require effort
oh wow
Can't do that, need to push out a watered down version of a game they released 10 years ago with better graphics and an updated UI so they can finish the game in 10 years with 300 dlcs before releasing a new version
honestly it's unfeasible for them to release new games
considering the colossal amount of content in the older title
I'd say cities skylines 2 would be worth buying once they've ironed out the bugs
for other paradox titles?
eh not so much
At this point they are basically at the just rerelease the previous game with some new stuff and call it a day stage
I mean
It would've been better if the engine was updated
but no
victoria 3 still uses the same old laggy engine
that is definitely showing its age
It's holding back the modding community
and the base game itself
They did a Star Trek mod for Stellaris as a new game
meh
the star trek mod for stellaris is better than that game
It's actually a pretty good mod
got a LOT of content
If they really wanted to make a star trek strategy game
Yeah, I know, which is why I knew the game was going be a joke the moment I heard about it
they needed more work
like
star trek would work really well in stellaris
since it's a pretty lore heavy game
it's PERFECT for a game like stellaris
but paradox pushed out a cheap cash grab instead
missed opportunity tbh
yo I found the cpu for cheaper
in another place
it's 50 euros off
I found the cooler for cheaper too
The new 4000s series announced tomorrow..
Apparently 4070 super, 4070 ti super and a 4080 super
What “leaks” are said but it sounds so stupid
I prefer to think of it as the anti-AMD sku
Gpus should have the price tag included in their name
Hi!
I just bought a new gpu, gigabyte GeForce 4070
I uninstalled my old drivers, run ddu. And i still have no display
My system is r5 3500 with a320 mobo ( i know its bottleneck af planning to upgrade this next time)
Old gpu was rx570
Did you fully plug in both pcie power cables
have you made sure to plug the display cable in correctly
what psu
Ye like foxy said, did you connect display cable to gpu or mobo
Why have just a 4070 Super when you can also have a Ti Super.
(I of course agree it's such a joke of a model.

G27qc isn't the best
I'd only go for it around like $160-170 area
Especially when going 1440p I'd spend the extra for a solid IPS panel
G27q is $220

What’s the next step up from a 7900xt on the gpu chart
I can’t find it
Was helping a friend with an upgrade
Hi guys I have built a new PC:
motherboard: Msi b760 tomahawk wifi DDR5. I have a corsair 5600 hz. I cant get my device to 5600 hz, it currently setting at 4800. im trying to activate my xmp profile. can somebody shed some light on this please 🙏🏼
in the overclocking menu go to the DRAM Settings section and enable Extreme Memory Profile
Hi, I have a Lian Li case, I don't remember model number, but it has two 200mm front fans in it that I need to replace, how ever ones that I bought to replace them have the wrong case connectors on it. What do I need to look for with the replacements for the fans?
A friend of mine trying to sell a i9 9940x, x299 mobo, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd and rtx 2080. Is it worth 1000$ or 800$?
Probably around $900 for a complete system. The processor alone is worth $350, motherboard $100, ram $40, ssd $50, 2080 $200, misc fills the rest of the value.
If it's not a complete system and it's just those parts you listed then $750
@crimson zinc do white only build for $1000

Well, for a bike electric bike or lower mower ig
nvm they're c tier
Should I buy that offer though @cyan ravine sorry for ping
I mean it’s got like.. two strimmer cables
but they just look like white cables..
went overbudget
If it insterests you it's not the worst
gpu was the hard part
True
Strimmers give me no material benefit tbh
Considering idk if the fans are still in there
Imo
Or it’s gutted
A little bit LOL
yeah it's pretty hard to find used gpus
Replace the front panel with the newer mesh one
Used gpus are so common 😭

Cost the friend of mine who made it less than $200 or so I believe
@cyan ravine rate the build
Hey, that thing survived up until I sold the pc a few weeks ago lmao
To be fair it's low power parts
Like 4090s and i9’s n such
I was just looking at the Hyte Y70 Touch
Why
my build looks great even though i didnt have the weird RGB 3/4 pin cable
the gpu too fat
too long, thick and gosu

Have you tried reseating ram?
@hollow crag can you tell me what you've done so far
I do too much in here, saying just everything gives me no recollection of helping
Hello, installed sata ssd but for unknown reason bios cant detect it
Have you formatted the drive?
Did u plug in the power cable for the ssd and not just the SATA cable? It happens sometimes
I did
Cant format when pc cant detect it
Can windows detect it?
No, not even BIOS
Have you tried a different sata port?
Yeah,
ive literally done possibly everything from google
Do you have a m.2 drive installed by any chance?
went in bios and did that, got a new psu, reset everything
just dont work
gives a black screen and restarts
Some motherboards disable certain sata ports when there is a m.2 drive installed
Is that "everything"?
Yes i have m.2 installed
How do i enable it?
Well
Or turn that on
The lanes are reallocated to the m.2
I'm pretty sure it only disable a few, but not all the ports
Do you have more suggestions?
Oof
Try different sata ports until you have one that work
Have you tried reseating ram?
U can also google the board to see which ones gets disabled with an m.2
Reseating as putting it back into place?
Which ever one is faster tho
Removing it and putting it back
I think I did but I will again
Yeah it's faster to just try all of them
Usually the ones that get disabled are kinda on their own
Like here you can see two sata ports below the 24 pin
And then two at the bottom
I'd say those ones under the 24 pin get disabled
That's the case in my experience
Motherboards vary wildly
So different motherboards, different ports
If that doesn't work, try running the system with only one stick of ram at a time
I tried all ports no luck
Did some search on board
So if i put m.2_2 sata 5 through 8 stops working?
Or only working
Sata 6-8 should work
If I'm reading this correctly
But if none of of the sata ports work
It might be a different issue
Have you tried a different sata cable?
Ok i tried everything nothing works
Must be the sata ssd itself now
😫 too tired just gonna do this later time
alright
Thanks for help though.
Let me know how it goes 👍
Glad to help... Or at least attempt to help
WD Blue 3D
I don't think that's the meme part haha
Did i just change color
Yoo I'm blue now
Thermaltake smart pro rgb
wowie
Damn Walmart

does pcie 3 vs 4 matter for gpus like rtx 4070 and 4080
I'd think so
Probably
Ehh
Pcie 3.0 x16 a 3090 doesn't saturate
4090 might be limiting at pcie 3.0, 4080 prolly would if it was running at x8
But x16 I doubt it
4070 it definitely doesn't matter
Looks like Walmart has the white, Amazon has the black
@weary kettle
ok so for a 3080 waterblock do i need the active backplate version or not since i will be prolyl going through EKWB for the block
3080 doesn't need it since there's no components on the back that need cooling
3090 does have memory on the rear so it would benefit that
ok good to know and its about 100 bucks difference in price
worth? if so what gpu would pair best with it
120 aio
1000 watt psu is nice... the cpu is a bit outdated the case is nice. what are they asking for it
$400
not worth imo
storage?
rog strix mobo tho
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600, Phanteks Eclipse G300A (1 Fan) ATX Mid Tower
new build is $100 more
not including gpu
honestly its not a bad deal for the looks
but the cooler again is dumb and no info on ram
I mean I'd say $400 is a fair price for the components
but the performance isn't worth $400
yeah
Imo not really
Cpu around 120-140 (5600/12400f match or beat it), mobo 80-100, cooler like $10, psu worth around $100 but no one really needs that much wattage, rm750e can run a 4090
Any good 750 can
Honestly I'd trust a good few 650s to run a 4090/7600 or 4090/7800x3d
wtf 120mm aio with a 10700k
in other words the 360 aio pictured is NOT what is described
alienware
alienware
They don't exist to me
me neither until someone else says the name
They're alienware in the sense that you must be alien to buy it
Hey guys what AMD graphics card is similar to NVIDIA’s RTX 2080?
Would the 6700x be a match?
Be more like RX 6700
The non-XT variant
5700XT would be just below that and far better value if you find one used
Tho it lacks some core modern gaming features
Yeah 6700/7600 are good comparisons
I’m so mad
6800 has more vram, it's good for dev work which I think you mentioned
I sold a guy my old cpu
Ryzen 4500
I told him “I wiped off the thermal paste for you to be able to apply a new coat”
He gets it, says it’s faulty because his computer doesn’t run for more than a few seconds before powering off, returns it.
this dude never put any thermal paste on it…
Been building pcs for 12 years my ass
