Okay I’m having a weird problem. So I have an M.2 I put windows 10 on it and I was using it at the boot drive. This isn't the first time nor will it be the last that the Intel RST driver has caused issues.
Try clearing your CMOS first, and if that doesn't work you can disable RST in bios, which will probably force windows into recovery mode and you'll need to either repair or reinstall.
