If you must use it for 1080p at least you picked the right card. AMD has lower driver overhead which means more frames. The 6900 XT can often beat the 3090 at 1080p.

I have my Asus Z690-A with a 12900K cpu. The red LED light for the CPU kicks on and seems to randomly come back on every thirty seconds or so and my DRAM led is on as well. What are the quickest fixes? There is no display or anything either

Thatā€™s the problem. Itā€™s supposed to be 12th gen ready but Iā€™m not sure. It doesnā€™t have a bios flashback either on the board which makes things complicated. I already tried re-seating the Ram and it didnā€™t help unfortunately
