If there's any kind of a used market in Jordan I'd look there for a 5700 XT. You can get them for $150 in the states, which is a little over 100 in Jordan dollars.
The 5700 XT blows the 1660 away.
Even the 5600 XT beats it by a fair margin.

Hi. Just built a new pc using a MAG Z790 Tomahawk WIFI motherboard, Intel I5 CPU, new internal 2280 2 TB SSD drive, and 64 GB of DDR5 memory. When trying to load Windows 11 PRO from a downloaded purchased copy using a USB, I get to the point where windows wants to connect to an internet to finish the build. No internets are discovered nor are there any lists of internets available so the install fails and locks up. I have tried both WI-FI and ethernet but to no avail. I have many devices connected to my internet including this old computer so I know that the internet is working. The ethernet port on the back of the motherboard displays a blinking yellow light which means Linked and data activity seen and a solid green light which means 100/1000 mbps ethernet connection. I'm at a loss where to go from here. Can anyone please point me in the right direction.

nope. Shift-f10 got me to the command prompt but after entering the above, the computer rebooted and came back with the same: country of origin, keyboard type, alternate keyboard, and then tries to connect to the internet again and hangs up.

The board is only rated for 2666 speed, even though the CPU supports 2933 officially, since this is technically a server board and it won't run XMP. You may need to go even slower because of the sheer amount of memory.
