Top is technically better because it's quieter but there's next to no performance difference

Keep in mind radiator placement is also a tradeoff of a few degrees between the CPU and GPU. Having the rad on front gives the GPU slightly pre-warmed air. Having the rad on top gets slightly warmed air through the radiator from the other components.

E cores are the interesting topic there. From what I've seen they don't really help any more than having a regular core in place of them. They really just boost benchmark scores and all core workloads.

If you have a thick GPU the Y60 can be bad for temps with the vertical mount, so I guess your 3080 isn't thick enough to be a problem

The software that is use to controlled the Radeon graphic cards was over clocking something

Be remark I didn’t make those changes because I know my psu is not capable of handling over clock

But I found it weird that the software itself went on to making the changes.

Like I would think those type of sensitive things stuff would be leave up to the user, and not easily changeable by the software itself.

my friend unplugged his PC because a storm was coming in and every time they lose power the pc will not turn on until they have unplugged the pc and held the power button for 30-60 seconds.
They unplugged it before losing power and when they tried this morning, not a single light or any indication of activity started.
