Best idea usually is to buy all the parts at the same time, for a couple reasons. First being that prices over time are on a downward trend so overall it'll probably be cheaper by the end of Summer. That's only the base jedec specification. 3600 is a great choice. The 5800X3D doesn't care much about memory latency thanks to it's massive cache so you can save some and get 3600c18 or spend a bit more on 3600c16.

Sometimes when booting windows now it crashes on login
