It's easy enough on AMD, you can just toggle PBO and XMP on and call it good. Unless you want to squeeze every drop out of it.

Yeah AMD PBO does all that automatically, it sets the frequency target higher and increases power limits and such

You can manually tune a bit if you wanted using curve optimizer but it's not strictly necessary. Unless you're benchmarking it's not really worth it.

Afterburner on the GPU also has an auto tuner you can use to get a baseline overclock

Optanes are for 4K reads which are the majority of them.. not sequential. They are slower then newest M.2s for sequential.

Optanes are the fastest out there in the majority of cases for this reason

actually in raid they were proven to 10Gb/s which is faster than the fastest single NVMe today. Not sure if you put KC3000s in raid 0 though

Intel's VROC, the thing is, they're using 128kb data stripe, with usual default at 16kb, either way, 4kb test data for testing random read is going to be on one drive or another, no matter what, no way to leverage the performance of both drives

12400f and 5600 are about the same cpu performance wise, 12400(f) might win a little bit, 13400(f) beats 12400(f) by about 13% but the 13400(f) comes with 4 e cores that are not included in the 12400(f)
