My system wont post due because of older bios (MSI MPG z690 edge ddr4 + i7 13700k)
I am getting a red and yellow flashing light on the mobo (red cpu, yellow dram) and when I use the usb for flash using FAT32 formatting and desinated flash bios port while holding the flash bios button on mobo the light wont flash and the only way for the light to stay on is for me to hold it but doing so does nothing regardless

as long as it isn't running very hot idle or throttling under load, it's all good
