Hm. As far as boot times, I think that's gonna be harder to find since that also depends on other hardware in your pc. For benchmarks on r/w speeds.. might check crystaldisk. It's a benchmarking tool so I'd assume there is some sort of comparison list. I personally have only used Crystal disk a handful of times just to make sure my drives are working out of the box.

So for a few $ you can get arctic mx4 for repasting the core, you might need to get new pads but if you're very careful opening it you can avoid damaging the pads
Core is simple, has the nvidia name on it and a bunch of paste, wipe it off, polish it up, fresh paste on, spread it over the whole shiny core, ur good

the only real problem the motherboard had was it almost bricked itself during a bios update because it wouldnt turn back on and the wifi wasn't hitting speeds it was supposed to but im assuming that might be a problem with just mine.
