Well I got my replacement motherboard from MSI, but they shipped it to me without an IO shield (whatever I can live without) and with no backplate. MSI wtf? Luckily I'm me and I have a spare backplate but no retention clips to screw into it and mount my cooler.

So now I need a new cooler for a 5800X that doesn't use the clips. It can either come with a backplate or use the stock one. Did the LFII fall into that category or did it use the clips? I guess I'll look it up.
