What's the actual difference in mipmap types?
I cant notice differences in FPS and image quality, linear, biliniear, and trilinear look the same

Except for mipmap levels that I noticed it makes things more "blurry" (less details) and anisotropic filtering which just kills FPS if turned on

Do you know if antialiasing and mipmap interfere with eachother? Because usually antialiasing makes lines more less pixelated when on.

@timid swan I made two tests for the settings, 1st test: with MIPMAP LEVEL set to OFF (very bad textures, almost looked like looking at a screen covered in sand particles) (only to notice if other settings would have helped the image quality)
2nd test with MIPMAP LEVEL set to maximum (Very smooth and nice quality)

but gsync just eliminates screen tearing

adds a negligible amount of latency

Gsync tells the monitor to wait to refresh until the GPU is ready to send a frame. This reduces screen tearing as Wideus said, and can look smoother overall. Performance won't be impacted too much and if so it would be slightly lower fps.
The major downside is that if your monitor is cheap trash then it'll be a stuttery mess. Even higher quality monitors can start to stutter when fps gets too far below rated refresh rate.

could be many things. could be the settings they have, where they are in the game, overclocking, bad/good bins of your parts;ram, cpu, gpu and such

multiple monitors taking up resources

Most likely the difference is in software, as statik mentioned, drivers, various settings in the game and elsewhere, other applications taking up resources, luck (random variations), different sections of the same game.

theres a lot of youtube videos out there that make it simple to overlock for cpu and gpu. gpu would probably be easier to do and easier to understand. if you really arent sure and still afraid or not sure, since you have an nvidia gpu, i believe with nvidia they have an auto overclock feature that you can turn on

the auto overlock feature should be found in Geforce Experience; Alt + Z (by default)
