Krunker is like, the simplest shooter out there. That laptop just isn't capable of handling anything more complicated than Terraria.

You probably also need to cram more RAM into it if it has sockets.

16GB of RAM shouldn't be too expensive.

And an SSD probably wouldn't hurt either.

games i'd recommend:

• hitman 3 (havent played it yet, but i have 176 hours in hitman 2, and hitman 3 is just more missions, and you can get the levels from hitman 1 and 2 into it, so that is why i'm recommending hitman 3)
• portal 2 (if you havent played it yet, you definitely should, the game aged very well, like fine wine)

I believe the only reason to use optifine is if you are stuck with Forge and want shaders (modpacks). Or you want to use a shader that is not supported by or does not work with Iris. There are mods which can improve performance more than Optifine. You may also want to install OptiForge, which attempts to help compatibility between optifine and forge mods, because optifine often breaks compatibility.

for context, went to that part of woods because quiet and open and scav spawns, was trying to complete the quest for shooting people in the legs from 40m+ away, finished that quest, so I was just cleaning up killing the rest of the scavs before extracting.

you gotta make a b line for the point and aim quickly

and find any cover you could take advantage of

look around a bit after you've stopped b lining and make sure you don't have any ambushes on the sides or back

my biggest annoyance is the link cable disconnecting almost everytime i boot it up, then i have to climb under the desk unplug cable from pc then from headset, then reconnect both ends

just today i tried to cast and it wasn't coming up at first so i just clicked places until it let me cast. then it disconnected but i only needed it for half a minute anyway

to start off, this games tries to be semi-realistic, so hot flying fragments going everywhere tends to kill the crew, and especially Soviet tanks whose shells have quite a bit of HE filler tend to kill crew, that's usually the most common death. Getting ammo racked is a different issue, ammo rack tends to only really explode when the shell directly hits your ammo storage

For a stock m4a1, with a full compliment of shells, that means getting penetrated directly in any of these spots will ammo rack you

By bringing less shells, for example, here with around 20 instead of the full 90 shells, only the bottom ammo rack is filled, getting hit in any of the other areas will NOT ammo rack you

@chrome sierraAnother thing to keep in mind is that most of the time, you really DONT have much armor on anything that's not medium tanks, and to win, you should at least know yourself and how your armor stacks up. For example, against T34e with their APHEBC shell, green is where they can shoot you and penetrate your armor, red no, yellow yes penetrate but don't do too much (Transmission eats shells for breakfast)

and ofc you should learn how to penetrate your enemies

protection analysis is very useful to mess around with

On how to apply it, an example I'm more familiar with, is the weak spots of the Tiger 2 I can penetrate with a T44-100

but well, lots of times, none of it matters and you kinda just run into the side of enemies and just shoot them in the side

@chrome sierra Anyways, despite what I say, WT is a wacky game, things are often a bit broken, some spots and tanks are just OP at times, but at times, you can still place faith in your teammates. If you can't penetrate the enemy tank or have gotten your cannon knocked out, have some faith, perhaps your teammates can come help you out.

also, tip. Often, you can't pen upper glasis, but you can pen the area of the turret armor between the mantle and the side. Sides of turrets and sides of tanks are often a weakness, and often, turret rings are a weakness too.

for the most part for melee's you build for both crit and status chance using the mods Weeping Wounds and Blood Rush and for the type of status damage, normally people do corrosive or viral or both if possible

corrosive is a safer bet though between the 2 since there still a lot youre learning
