idk exactly what you mean, so im assuming you mean like a quest 2 linked to steamvr, and the only experience i have with that is wirelessly using virtual desktop modded through sidequest, and even without wifi 6 it was virtually lag free, and it played seemlessly. lots of set up required imo, but once its all done then you can hop in and out fairly quickly and it plays extremely well. totally worth it

The games are coded to expect a specific processor that can run specialized sets of instructions that simply don't usually exist on PC. Examples being ARM9 processors like the DS or the Emotion Engine for PS2.
The game code sends the commands as normal when they run, but the emulator has to interpret the command for the processor to be able to understand the commands. This is where most performance is lost.
The specialized Cell Microprocessor in the PS3 is especially a pain, because it's essentially not just an 8 core processor, but 8 individual processors working in perfect sync.
Any computer with less than 16 threads is NOT going to be able to emulate that very well, and PC processors have a tendency to not work in sync and change clock speeds.

You don't really need to pull the heatsink off to clean it, just use a can of compressed air, and hold the fan so it doesn't spin too much

Anyone ever all of a sudden get frame dropping issues on rust, never had an issue until a couple days ago, i run other games such as rocket league and siege good which are GPU heavy games that i hear, my cpu and gpu temps are fine and nothing seems to be wrong
