Guys, I have a problem. I changed a pc I had from a 12700K, 3060 ti, to a 7800x3D and 6700xt. I am having only stuttering issues with fortnite and no other game. I turned on Performance legacy, I checked all my temps under load (65°C max cpu) and everything is fine. I removed all drivers from device manager. I have no clue what's wrong.
My other pc, a 9800x3D with a 5080 also has a hard time running fortnite in performance mode. It can bearly run smoothly at 180hz 1440P.

also ensnare as an ability is just so delayed. with my current setup, "propagation delay is 1.25s" which idk if that is what affects it pulling in enemies or the delay from me being able to recast it, either way, very delayed on either end of that and even when the enemies are snared being pulled it, theyre still able to shoot which is annoying
ive also realized the game favors certain eximus in different runs. first test run it was hella health and energy leech eximus. second run in the post above, it was hella blitz/volatile eximus, and right now i have the god roll tileset for farming, but its spawning only jade eximus so every 3 seconds i need to stop farming to deal with jade eximus
all the eximus im able to ignore cause theyre affected by ensare, but the jade eximus still shoots its light even when ensared
theres also just moments where every single enemy is ensared so nothing is able to attack or launch me yet when i switch to drifter while standing still i just get launched 80 feet
vice versa with chroma and melee will just launch me 800 ft to the next tileset despite there being 100 enemies in front of me blocking me
