with a 5070 you could get a 14600k and be well balance

or a 245k or 250k

but you can get a stronger cpu if you want the cpu performance

If you know the CPU can do x fps in 1080 p ultra with a 5090 then you know the CPU can do x fps with whatever you're using at ultra and maybe more at lower settings or maybe less if your GPU can't do that much.
