i sort of converted my 3090 FE into a blower and it could cool 450w just fine on the core. the memory would get hot but that was more down to bad coldplate design than airflow across the heatsink

you can do a lot with a blower if you have good fans and a high noise tolerance

A) An ICE is a fire hazard too, it still has a battery. EV fires aren't a significant issue, they just cause people to pay attention because the rare fire is made into a major news story B) EVs can still be repaired and will need repairs less often due to fewer moving components C) Only an idiot expects to snap their fingers and expects their EV to be at full battery. You charge it like you do a phone, as long as you can charge it enough over night to recover more battery than you used during the day, it'll never be a problem
