I learnt to always unplug ur psu when u change gpus bc today I tested 1660 super worked mint turned off pc and put in 3060 ti but before I put in the card just touched pcie slot and the pc turned itself back on and now the 3060 ti ports are fried I tried 1660 super iffy loose ports test gpu worked fine 5m later hdmi fully died on it could be a coincidence bc it was gtx 660 ewaste, didn’t try diff cables bc ion got rn BUT I tested my 5070 and a gtx 1650 super pc AND my laptop and none had any loose issues if I wiggled cable etc I even left the 1650s sitting over 1h hdmi still fine so my guess is the pcie slot is frying the cards from the incident and will always 💔
