It'll work but you're wasting a lot of money on the ssds when you could get better for cheaper even if paying the samsung tax, another 990 evo or even a 990 pro is cheaper than the 870. You didn't put a motherboard too, not sure if you just missed the picture.
You don't need the extra fans. It's not very expensive to add a set or two for top and bottom though.

The bottom ones you'd want reverse blade for intake and top standard orientation blades for exhaust.

It's not as good and it's likely had hardware changes without changing the model name to use cheaper parts now. The cheaper brands all love doing that. Crucial, Samsung and WD can mostly be trusted not to, or at least not to make it significantly worse like swapping controller or downgrading to qlc.

As a secondary drive that's just getting games on it qlc cheap drives are fine though imo.
