everything is gonna look a bit off cause its stretching 1080p onto a larger screen thats meant for a higher resolution. slightly more pixelated or blurry depending on the game
for feeling, difference between 240hz to 380hz is probably minimal depending on the person. will assume you have tried it and know its an upgrade, id suggest to sticking to 24/25" if you plan on staying at 1080p
cant find a great picture, but kinda imagine this a bit. the 1080 side is what itd somewhat kinda look like on a 27"
at 1440p 27", the image will look a lot nicer and crisp, however you may lose some performance
