As long as the serial number on the cpu matches it should be fine
If it's not the same then check the box to make sure it's the same serial number printed on that

I'd use plastic tbh. This copper is a nightmare cuz everytime I cut it, I have to deburr the ends (inside and outside). You can get benders but the 90s usually have a large bend radius (wiiide bends that look silly in a PC). Worse, if you want to bend Type L or Type M copper (the hard one not for refrigeration), you have to anneal it which basically consists of using a torch around where you plan to bend it to heat it until it starts turning like green-ish then dunk it into a bucket of water to rapidly cool it.

Each plastic has its own annoying cons. PETG is easy to bend but if your pump fails, it can quickly warp and basically melt which would destroy your whole system cuz water will get everywhere. Arcylic needs a pretty decent amount of heat before it'll bend, shows scratches really bad, and requires a hack saw to cut because it'll shatter if you try to use a ratcheting pipe cutter. Apparently there's a new plastic called PCTG you can use but I've never tried it
