In my case my PC felt a bit more responsive but that's probably placebo, if anything it fixes some issues with adrenaline (stutters and sidebar freeze).

The cooler's job is to cool the cpu down
Running a cpu without a cooler isn't possible, as the cpu will need more cooling than the ambient air and will most likely overheat on idle
Motherboards don't come with a cpu cooler, and some cpus don't come with a cooler in the box
It's also a better idea to buy a cpu cooler anyway, as stock coolers are adequate, but they get pretty loud under load
A good air cooler is like 30-40 bucks
Also, the motherboard you've shown above already has a built in IO shield. You can skip the step where the guy in the clip installs one into the case

My HOF 980ti apparently has a borked voltage controller cuz I can't manually set voltage no matter which vBIOS or HOF Tool I use. It doesn't even see the controller using AB's i2c dump. It detects the same as a reference model

it's more effort, though my pc is on 24/7 and it wouldnt turn the monitor off due to some app (i suspect xbox game bar) is causing it to not turn off the display
so i also have to press the monitor power button
BUT if your pc is shut down or turns off the display properly, the display will turn off itself and it's not really necessary to turn the monitor off
(standby mode basically draws nothing)

8GB Hynix stick with 2666MHz timing
So it’s being bottlenecked by the 8gig stick
