You can't just look at the chipset number. The only difference between b650e and x870 is the mandatory usb4 ports, they use the same chipset and have the same features unlocked and the same minimum spec other than that. So you always look at the individual spec of the boards to see if they have the features you care about. That x870-p prime for example if you want to use either of the seconday pcie slots you lose one of your m.2 slots. They give you a 4th one to make up for that but it's gen 3x2 and shares bandwidth with the sata ports and you can't use a sata drive if you use that m.2 sport.

I can guarantee you there is absolutely no way in hell that a 1060 would get anything close to playable in this game

In order to get close to 60 FPS, I need to fully unpower limit my 3090, use a mix of low and medium settings, and pair it with DLSS ultra performance. And even then, it is quite stuttery, and really smeary
