ME1 is quicker to finish and has more interesting characters. Andromeda is longer, has better gameplay but is largely disconnected from the trilogy except for a few specific call backs and the story is a bit meh

If you are doing 100% runs Andromeda has a lot more filler than any of the other games

You'll probably enjoy Andromeda more if you play it as a standalone though
