Prices never creep up at parity for wage increases because productivity per worker is not a 1:1 ratio. Rent rates are more often than not purely going to fluctuate based on the supply. If you are in an area where there is only one landlord renting things out, this is a realistic outcome because they'd have no reason to not directly raise rent. I just realized if i go for either the 5070ti or 9070xt by trading in my 4070super the total amount of money i spent on the gpus would be near a grand 💀 i should’ve just gone for the 4080super in 2024

Wait fu- ur right i’m dumb so if i trade in my 4070super for 320 bucks which i originally got for 636 thats 316 bucks that I spent i would not get back but using the credit towards a 5070ti for 795 bucks brings the cost to 473 and adding the 316 bucks that i lost brings the total money spent back upto 789

So basically got the 4070super initially for 636 if i trade it in I get 322 back to use towards lets say a $795 5070ti, but that ends up bringing the total i spent on the final gpu to 1100

Thus my regret of just not getting the 4080super from the start for a grand in 2024
