My pc is supposed to have wifi compatibility, and did when I was setting it up. Though, I did not lile how the pc came with a newegg account on it, so I factory reset the pc. I then made a windows recovery drive with a USB on my old pc to try and transfer the data to this new one. I plugged it into the new pc when it was starting up, and then the entire wifi compatibility is completely gone, the only option to connect to the internet is through an ethernet cable. I tried reinstalling drives and such, but there was no success in doing so
