6900xt on ebay is about the same price as a new 9060xt. It's more like 20% though not 50% faster. And you lose out on efficiency, rt, fsr4.

If you're playing older games it might be a decent trade especially with the $50 on top. I would make sure a 750w PSU is gonna be enough cause iirc the 6900xt can be a bit of a beast when it comes to power draw
