I have another quick question. My PC's case fans are running on reverse PWM, and I have no idea how.

The higher the fan target, the slower they spin. On silent they are at 3200 RPM and loud as hell. At "Full speed" they are only 500RPM and completely silent. The more relaxed the curve, the more they spin. The more aggressive, the slower they spin

My PC has been a lead blower for like 2 weeks and I thought it was FanContol the program, but it's actually been my motherboard fan controller

but generally most people don't need a ups, just a surge protector is enough to protect your assets of actual value
