what im seeing online is: for a 3060ti on Silent Hill 2 Remake, you're basically right at the "recommended" level which is an RTX2080. that said it's not gonna be amazing, just good enough. Shadows set to minimum, textures on medium, make sure ray tracing is completely off. You could use DLSS at 1440p to get a little better framerate but also DLSS takes a bit more VRAM, and an 8GB 3060Ti is gonna struggle.

keep in mind 3060ti is a 6 year old card now
