supposedly it helps stabilize memory overclock to disable the iGPU. iGPU can also eat into CPU power budget. If you're trying to push memory OC to the max (& maybe destroy your infinity fabic like, apparently, I have) or you're just not using it for anything, I'd say disable it. If you have an extra monitor, I don't think it'll be very taxing on system resources to keep it on. It might up your power consumption a little
