This PC I’m working on had got stuck in a power cycle loop and kept turning itself off and on over and over and over again. I replaced the motherboard (after making sure it wasn’t anything else) and it fixed the power cycle problem. However, now it will not display anything. Any ideas?

Psu cable wasn’t secure and fell out while pc was on when I was trying to put in a dust net. Turned pc on, blank monitors. Blindly entered my password while monitors were blank to sign in and i worked. But my desktop is only showing on only one monitor, my apps aren’t there and my mouse isn’t appearing. Just my wallpaper and taskbar. I can ctrl+alt+del but it goes back to a blank monitor.
