Look in your BIOS/UEFI for Something related to sleep state, it can be called different depending on your motherboard manufacturer. Once you find something related to sleep state select it and choose S3 instead of S0. If you are unable to find anything related to sleep state let me know

In sleep state S0 also known as modern standby, USB devices will sometimes not fully power down. When waking the computer from sleep, this could delay the usb devices syncing with your PC. If changing from S0 to S3 doesn't fix the problem let me know
