I got a question. A few minutes ago my whole computer screen froze. My music on google kept playing for like a minute before stopping and my razer keyboard lighting kept going until i unplugged it. Both my mouse and keyboard were unresponsive. My screen never went black. I was inevitably forced to force my pc into a shutdown using the power cable. This happens very rarely. What could be the cause of this?

do you have XMP enabled?

usually when i have these issues it's because of bad memory, or windows being awful

test your memory first (XMP on/off, stability test both thoroughly), then if you can rule that out, start clearing and reinstalling drivers for any devices you can think of

if that still doesn't fix it, tbh consider doing a fresh windows install- you can set it to keep your programs and files ofc
