Please let me know if this explanation doesn’t make sense. I bought a prebuilt STGaubron PC from new egg very early this morning around 2 am. I made sure to update my shipping address but because I payed via Apple Pay it auto updated the shipping address to my billing address which is not my current address as I have just recently moved. I was on the Newegg customer support page and I understand they do not open until Monday morning so I need to wait till then to contact an actual agent, even then the chatbot ai said that it was impossible to change shipping Adresse once the order was placed. I really don’t want to cancel my order and wait the 2 business days for my refund to show up adding further delay to the already lengthy shipping and delivery process. I emailed STG about this issue as well. (My question is if anyone here has had to change their shipping address on an order from Newegg before or heard of someone who has had to.) sorry for the paragraph.
