DDR4: yes & no. DJR is good for like 11th gen because it'll run high frequency. CJR can do relativley high frequencies too but iirc doesn't scale well with voltage like DJR will. AJR is alright ig but most of the other Hynix ICs for DDR4 are pretty trash. DDR5: yes.
