My pc has had began to freeze and reboot it self I’ve tried some troubleshooting already but no luck on it actually solving the problem

Reseating CPU GPU and RAM sticks
Changing the thermal paste twice on my CPU
Managing the temps of of the CPU and GPU to make sure they aren’t overheating (they seems pretty normal from what I researched)
Updated my graphics drivers
And I’m still at a loss
My next option was to try and update my BiOS but I’m not very tech savvy so most of this was new knowledge to me in the first place and I’m not sure on how to go about updating my bios
