7500f is a bit better than the 13400f, you get faster ram that's more easily expandable, and a better quality psu as well as a better gpu

Also 8gb sticks of ddr5 suck, which is what that pre built uses

Theyre physically built different than 16gb+ sticks, and they kneecap cpu performance
