I think you are overcomplicating this

Go into bios, go to advanced/oc section, find the ram, click on it, click the expo profile, boot

Couple minutes and you good

Where you click the ram in the bios, it will show the speed and timings when you click on the profile

Basically you see that it changed after changing it

And can see in task manager on windows

Thats it

Also, when you exit and save, it will ask to confirm what you changed. It will show all the ram timings that changed
