So the initial story with this computer was that he thought that the GPU was broken and the CPU died so he was just trying to get rid of it I drove about 3 hours to go get it I tested it and it worked just fine the only thing was that he had the power cable Daisy chained onto the GPU which meant that the GPU wasn't getting sufficient power
