This means they are different sizes and require different mounting hardware for coolers

Find the am5 hardware and just put it on

And for ram, the speed you buy isnt actually its default speed. I think ddr5 base speed is like 4800 or something, so 6000 is "overclocked" ram

So you have to go into the bios and find the option to change the expo/docp/xmp profile to what the ram you bought is rated for

But the profile is already there, just not selected

I had to reinstall windows the other day because I tried to swap DLSS versions in Minecraft (yes there's DLSS 2.xx in MC apparently)

so I took ownership of C:\Program FIles

and permissions were so broken

I tried to fix it but it was such a headache I just reinstalled

i take that back, file permissions are amazing, windows locking down a few weird folders and corpos writing to them is dumb*

I had to "Repair" every Windows App

couldn't even open heckin notepad it would say "Parameter Incorrect"

tried cmd that restores defaults but like 83 files wouldn't let me even in safe mode
