I think I found out why my PC can't run 3600mhz anymore:

Slots A2/B2 (recommended ram slots) actually work with one stick individually, adding two sticks for dual channel does not work, so it seems to be a problem with the CPU. All ram slots work.

Slots A1/B1 (unoptimized ram slots) works well with two sticks installed for dual channel however it cannot clock up over 3000M/T. It seems to be a CPU issue more than a motherboard problem. @idle nexus @mortal grail
